Refunds and Exchanges are not accepted. But please contact me if there is a problem with your order

Cancellation
all customers are free to request order cancellation within 12 hours since the order was placed as long as the item is not yet made. After the 12-hour window period, the cancellation will NOT be accepted.

Once the order is made or shipped by Sweet Pea Sublimation seller, cancellations will not be accepted.
